We implemented the Evaluation today at the end of our morning worship service. Three people were chosen for our Evaluation Task Force. This committee received the completed evaluation forms and will compile the results and share them with me. In counsel with this committee, I will formulate a personal improvement plan and a church ministries improvement plan based on the area of need identified from the evaluation results. We will also set a time for sharing the evaluation results with the congreagation, as well as the appropriate improvement plans. For those who were not in attendance for this morning’s worship and did not participate in the evaluation, you may contact me for an evaluation form and to know who are the members of the Task Force.
