Consider the technologies that surround us: TV, telephones, faxes, internet, email, etc. With the click of a computer key, we can communicate instantly with anyone in the world who has email. Technology is truly amazing . . . when it works. There are still a few glitches now and then.
As you sit there pondering the mysteries of the internet, remember that communication with God is faster than the internet and it never has a glitch. Technology is amazing. But as marvelous as it is, it will never come close to the divine channel that humans have with God. Use the divine channel today.
Dear Father, thank you for your gift of prayer. Empower us today with answers to our requests. Thank you for hearing us when we pray. In Jesus’ name. AMEN
